If you do not agree to these terms, please cease use of this Site and do not complete your purchase.



1. CRITICAL SAFETY WARNINGS & AGE RESTRICTIONS

• CHOKING HAZARD – SMALL PARTS: Products sold on Trovetoy are intricately designed sensory toys that may contain small parts, detachable elements, or ultra-soft components that can be torn apart into small pieces through excessive force. They are NOT intended for, and must be kept strictly out of reach of, infants, toddlers, or children under the age of 3 (or 6, depending on the specific product model and components).

• ADULT SUPERVISION MANDATORY: Continuous, competent adult supervision is strictly required at all times when a minor is interacting with our Products. Trovetoy hereby disclaims any and all legal, medical, or financial liability for choking, suffocation, accidental ingestion, or any bodily harm resulting from unsupervised play, parental negligence, or product misuse.

2. STRICT NON-EDIBLE & PET SAFETY WARNING

• DO NOT CONSUME (NOT FOOD): Many of our squishy toys are realistically designed to resemble food items (e.g., pastries, fruits, desserts, peanuts) and may be infused with sweet, fruity, or cream-like scents to enhance the sensory experience. THEY ARE STRICTLY NON-EDIBLE AND HIGHLY TOXIC IF SWALLOWED OR DIGESTED. Parents must ensure children understand these are toys, not food.

• PET SAFETY DISCLOSURE: Keep all Trovetoy products completely out of reach of domestic pets (dogs, cats, rodents, etc.). Animal ingestion of polyurethane (PU) foam, silicone, or Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) materials can cause severe, life-threatening intestinal blockages requiring emergency veterinary surgery. Trovetoy will not be held liable for any veterinary bills, pet injuries, or emotional distress relating to pet ingestion.

3. MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS & NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

• Manufacturing Scent: Due to the chemical composition of soft polymers and immediate airtight factory sealing, a noticeable manufacturing or synthetic fragrance may be present upon opening. This is normal and non-toxic. Please allow the product to air out in a well-ventilated space for 48 to 72 hours if you are sensitive to smells.

• Surface Oil, Stickiness, and Dust: Products made of Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) or silicone may naturally exude a microscopic layer of oil or become sticky over time due to ambient temperature, humidity, or body heat. This is an intrinsic chemical property of the material and does not constitute a product defect. Sticky toys can be washed gently with cold water and mild liquid soap, air-dried, and lightly coated with baby powder or cornstarch to restore their original texture.

• Consumable Item Disclaimer: Due to their delicate, ultra-soft, and pliable engineering, stress-relief squishy toys are classified as consumable items subject to rapid wear and tear. They are designed exclusively for gentle squeezing, pressing, and palm-kneading. Excessive stretching, twisting, pulling, biting, chewing, or puncturing with nails or sharp tools will cause immediate, irreversible tearing or peeling. Damage incurred during active usage is not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.

4. ALLERGEN & MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

• Allergen Notice: Our products are manufactured using synthetic polymers, including but not limited to Polyurethane (PU), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR), Silicone, Latex, and artificial aromatic compounds. If you or the intended recipient have known dermatological sensitivities, chemical sensitivities, eczema, or allergies to plastic, latex, or artificial fragrances, do not purchase or use these products. Discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if skin irritation, redness, rash, or any allergic reaction occurs.

5. PRODUCT IMAGES, VIDEOS, AND COSMETIC VARIATIONS

• Handmade & Batch Variations: Many Trovetoy products feature hand-painted details, hand-poured molds, or unique pigment blending. Consequently, minor manufacturing variances—such as slight asymmetry, minuscule surface air bubbles, minor paint overspray/smudging, or subtle tonal differences from marketing images/videos—are expected standard characteristics. These minor cosmetic variances do not fall under the category of "Item Not as Described" and are strictly ineligible for refunds or returns.

6. STOREWIDE FREE SHIPPING & STRICT REGIONAL ELIGIBILITY

• Scope of "Storewide Free Shipping": Trovetoy provides Free Standard Freight on all items across our entire catalog. However, this promotional shipping structure is STRICTLY LIMITED to orders destined for our Approved Shipping Countries dynamically listed at checkout (including but not limited to: 例如：the United States, Canada, Australia).

• Geographical Restrictions & Order Cancellation: We expressly do not provide fulfillment or shipping services to countries where we do not operate, remote territories, or specific islands.。If a customer bypasses these geographic restrictions by using a Proxy/VPN, entering fraudulent address fields, or utilizing unauthorized third-party payment workarounds, Trovetoy reserves the absolute right to unilaterally cancel the order, reject fulfillment, and issue a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees levied by our payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), without prior notice.

• Import Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Our "Free Shipping" promotion encompasses only the baseline international transport cost from our fulfillment centers. The buyer (the recipient) is legally designated as the Importer of Record and must comply with all national import regulations. Any import VAT, customs tariffs, customs clearance fees, or local storage fees levied upon arrival are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer.

• Delivery Estimates & Force Majeure: Advertised delivery windows are speculative estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. Trovetoy accepts no liability for logistical delays stemming from customs inspections, postal strikes, holiday congestion, severe weather, global shipping disruptions, or acts of God.

• Delivery Verification & Address Errors:

• Once a carrier tracking number reflects an official status of "Delivered" (or local equivalent), risk of loss shifts entirely to the Buyer. Trovetoy is not responsible for porch piracy, mail theft, or packages misplaced by local carrier personnel.

• If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility or destroyed due to an "Insufficient/Incorrect Address" provided by the buyer, or a "Failure to Claim/Unclaimed" status at the local post office, the customer forfeits the right to a free replacement. Any re-shipping will incur additional freight charges, and cancellations will be subject to a restocking/handling fee.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable jurisdiction, Trovetoy, its parent entity, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to personal injury, medical liabilities, psychological distress, property damage, or financial loss—arising out of the purchase, use, misuse, storage, or inability to use our Products.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Disclaimer, along with your purchase agreement and any separate services provided by us, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of [Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitrations arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of that specific jurisdiction.
